5. Client Responsibilities

• Give timely feedback and approvals

Delays from the client side may affect delivery timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables.
• AccelSure retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
• Any third-party tools or libraries remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not share sensitive project information with third parties without consent. If required, we are open to signing NDAs.

8. Limitation of Liability

AccelSure will not be held liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Business losses or interruptions
• Issues caused by third-party services

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, and APIs. We are not responsible for issues caused by these external services.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate a project under agreed conditions.
• Work completed until termination must be paid for.
• Any advance payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
